Ms. Kshama Jain, a Graduate from ESSEX University UK, joined Kehems around 21 years back, by giving up her international career and opportunities to be able to devote herself to a pure Indian company which is driven with values like Credibility, Reliability, Trustworthiness and Competence. Entering as a trainee and getting exposure across various departments like Service, Purchase, Production and Sales and then through sheer hard-work and talent, growing to the level of becoming the CEO in 2014 and further being promoted as the Managing Director in 2018, her Journey in Kehems has been inspiring.
Ms. Kshama Jain’s father - Founder Chairman of Kehems Group, Late Mr Deepak Kemkar had always visualized the values of the organization rooting from humanity keeping social responsibility at its highest priority. This made the company to establish its base at a Village Umrikheda around 12 KM away from Indore.
Having walked hand-in- hand with Late Mr. Deepak Kemkar, Ms. Kshama Jain followed his footsteps and created history by recruiting people from the village and building their competencies by sending them for training at CIAT France which Kehems was associated with until 2014. And it was under her leadership – Kehems acquired its shares from Carrier UTC to re-establish the brand on its own.
Today Kehems is synonymous with quality, commitment and innovation. Kehems is credited for bringing the Screw Chillers, Heat Pumps and Thermal Storage Technologies to India and also exporting the products across the globe with proven track record of impeccable solution oriented approach with extraordinary services to its customers.
Ms. Kshama Jain today is recognized as an Iron Lady of the Indian HVACR Industry. Under her leadership Kehems has proved that where there is a will there is a way, by giving extraordinary services to the nation even during the most challenging COVID times. As she says, ‘Promise what you can keep and keep what you have promised,’ Ms. Kshama Jain is an inspiration to the fellow Indian manufacturers and sets a fine example of women empowerment in the industry.
