The technical assistance for preparation of site for installation of equipment is provided for smooth installation and commissioning. This covers Civil, Foundation, Electrical, Cabling, Piping, Valves, Controls, Pressure Test, Safety Devices etc.
The Installation and Commissioning Services include PreCommissioning Inspection, Start-up of machines, Performance Checking, Training and Handing Over.
Onsite Training to Customer's Staff and Training at Our Works and service Center. The intensive training provided during installation and commissioning of the system at site to clients' technical staff, covers all aspects of refrigeration, electrical Operation, maintenance, maintenance schedule, record maintenance, Fault diagnosis and Optimized operation of the Plant.
We also undertake complete Operation and Maintenance of entire HVAC system by providing trained and skilled Engineers and technicians. This will allow the client to have the best and trouble free utilization of the system.
Kehems services offer various types of Annual Maintenance Contracts to suit your requirements.
This includes all Services, Assistance and Spares required by customer. All Maintenance Contracts cover Preventive Monthly/ Quarterly/ Half Yearly Maintenance Services, which help identifying problems early and prevent costly downtime. Customers who choose our Annual Maintenance Services are our Privilege Customers and their calls are given priority and we make sure, the system down time is minimum.
CAMC (Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract): CAMC includes all labour, consumables and spares. It covers preventive maintenance and ascending breakdowns.
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract): AMC includes preventive maintenance services and ascending break downs (labour only). All consumables and spares are charged extra.
